Refund Policy

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Tell us before returning anything so we can issue a return reference.

2. Condition

• The watch must be unworn, unsized and free of scratches or strap creasing.
• Original box, protective film, manual and any removed bracelet links must be included.
• Items returned outside this condition may receive a partial refund or be declined.

3. Faulty or incorrect items

If a watch arrives damaged, non-functioning or is not the model you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. We cover return shipping and will replace the piece or refund it in full, at your choice.

4. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage and we recommend a tracked service. We cannot refund a parcel that never reaches us without tracking evidence.

5. Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned watch passing inspection. Your bank may take a further 3–10 days to show it.

6. Non-refundable

• Original shipping charges, unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
• Customs duties and import taxes already paid to your local authority.
• Damage caused by wear, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or third-party repair.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
