12-month movement warranty

Every StylishWearable watch is covered for 12 months from delivery against movement failure under normal use. If the watch stops, loses significant time or the crown mechanism fails, send us your order number and a short description and we will repair or replace it.

Not covered

• Scratches, dents, worn plating and normal strap ageing.
• Water damage beyond the water resistance rating printed on the product page.
• Damage from drops, magnets, chemicals or opening the case yourself.
• Batteries after the first 12 months (a routine service item).

Making a claim

Email support@stylishwearable.online with your order number, a photo or short video of the fault, and the date the issue started. We reply with return instructions. Warranty repairs are free; return postage to us is paid by you unless the fault appears within 30 days of delivery.

Care advice

• Water resistance ratings assume a sealed, undamaged crown — never operate the crown or pushers underwater.
• Rinse steel bracelets with fresh water after contact with salt water or sweat, then dry fully.
• Keep leather straps away from prolonged moisture; replace rather than dry out a soaked strap.
• Store automatics dial-up when unworn, or on a winder to keep the oils distributed.
• Keep watches away from strong magnets — speakers, laptop lids and magnetic clasps.

Servicing

A quartz movement typically needs a battery every 18–30 months. Automatics benefit from a service every 4–5 years. Any competent local watchmaker can handle both.
