Processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Delivery estimates

• Domestic standard: 3–6 business days
• Domestic express: 1–3 business days
• International standard: 8–18 business days
• International express: 4–9 business days

Shipping cost

Flat $14 standard shipping, free on orders of $200 or more. Express rates are calculated at checkout by destination.

Customs and duties

International parcels may attract import duty or tax, payable by you on arrival. Rules on importing replica goods vary by country — please check yours before ordering, as we cannot refund parcels seized by customs.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us. We open a carrier investigation and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, replace or refund it.

Returns

• Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Watches must be unworn, unsized and in original packaging.
• We send you a return reference; write it on the outside of the parcel.
• Use a tracked service — untracked returns travel at your risk.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, so the replacement ships as soon as it is placed rather than waiting for the original to arrive back.
