1. Nature of the products

StylishWearable sells replica and homage watches only. No product sold here is an original, authentic or brand-manufactured watch, and no product carries another manufacturer's trademarks. Placing an order confirms you understand and accept this.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order from this site.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, a price was published in error, or delivery to your country is restricted — and will refund any amount already taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties and local taxes unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or clearance requirements in your country.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not resell or advertise our products as original branded watches.
• Do not copy site content, product photography or descriptions without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, layout and photography belong to StylishWearable. Third-party brand names mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StylishWearable is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
